Maggie Speer works incredibly hard and diligently to ensure our student leaders in Arizona are ready for the school year. Her excellent skills in training, communicating, visiting chapters, completing paperwork and working on the Best Buddies Arizona website make Maggie an outstanding member of our staff.

During some recent staff changes, Maggie always made sure none of our students and chapters were impacted in a negative way, and she continues to be successful by always keeping the focus on our important mission. She serves as an amazing mentor to new Program Managers!

In addition, Maggie recently supervised and coordinated all of the event volunteers for the most successful annual fundraiser ever in Best Buddies Arizona’s history.

Maggie is the type of person who sees something that needs to be done, and just does it – with enthusiasm and professionalism.
