Join us this October as we celebrate National Disability Employment Awareness Month highlighting how inclusive cultures are built with intention, empathy, and collective action. NDEAM reminds us of the indispensable role that individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) play in our workplaces and communities. While we spotlight the power of inclusion during October, our commitment extends year-round to weaving accessibility, opportunity, and belonging into every day.

About Best Buddies

Best Buddies International is the largest organization dedicated to ending the social, physical and economic isolation of the 200 million people worldwide with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
