I am completely heartbroken and saddened by the needless tragedy that occurred this week at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida. The Best Buddies family sends its love, prayers and heartfelt condolences to the families of the students, teachers and school leaders who lost their lives during this horrific incident. We are especially saddened by the loss of Jaime Guttenberg and Cara Loughran, two brilliant, outstanding volunteers from the school’s Best Buddies chapter.
