VOUCHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A. Before the new Best Buddies specialty license plate is manufactured, 3,000 presale vouchers must be sold within two years of the initial offering date. Plate ranges will not be assigned unless the presale voucher requirement is met.
B. You are purchasing a voucher for the right to purchase the Best Buddies specialty license plate once this minimum is reached. You will still need to pay your normal registration fees as outlined by your local tax collector’s office.
C. Vouchers are not transferable and will be mailed to the address provided.
D. If you have any questions about renewing your registration, fees, specialty plate transfers, or any other matter regarding this plate, please contact your local Florida tax collector’s office.
E. When the Best Buddies specialty license plate on the presale voucher becomes authorized, the voucher can only be used with the issuance of that specific license plate, which can be processed at the time the license plate becomes available or when the customer’s current license plate is renewed.
F. If a plate fails to meet the presale voucher requirements within the two-year period, the plate will not be manufactured.
G. If the plate fails to meet the minimum presale requirements, the customer may apply the presale voucher toward a different specialty license plate or apply for a refund for the specialty license plate fee only. Form HSMV 83363 is used to apply for a refund.
H. If you are ordering online, you may be contacted by a representative from the Indian River County Tax Collector’s Office to process your order.
