Join Laurent LIVE via ZOOM every morning at 11 am EST, Monday through Friday for a 30-minute workout. This program is thoughtfully and scientifically designed with layers and sequences that specifically boost your metabolism and keep you burning calories long after the workout is done—the AFTER-BURN EFFECT. If done consistently, you will see fast results, and the key to consistency is to keep these workouts entertaining.
