Presented by Best Buddies, this workshop will offer self-care and coping strategies to families and caregivers of children with disabilities. We hope this program will help you get connected to additional resources, develop community, and reduce feelings of isolation.
We will cover tips and tricks for self-care from a licensed Marriage and Family Counselor, have group discussions, and cultivate a culture of well-being for parents and caregivers. Children are welcome to attend with their parent or caregiver.
