Jeffrey Glassman Injury Lawyers Partners with Best Buddies Domestiques
Best In Class Program Creates Safe and Courteous Cycling Experience
Boston-based Jeffrey Glassman Injury Lawyers will partner with the legendary squad of pink jerseys who ride in service all riders at the Best Buddies Challenge: Hyannis Port set for Saturday, May 31.
Today, Boston based Jeffrey Glassman Injury Lawyers announced a partnership with Best Buddies International becoming the official partner of the legendary corps of pink riders, the Best Buddies Domestique team. The collaboration aims to raise awareness about the importance of bike safety and supporting our fellow riders.
“This amazing Best Buddies Domestique program pulls together safe-cycling advocates, club presidents, and experienced race team captains to ride in service of Best Buddies Challenge participants, from beginners to experts, guiding them in a safe and courteous manner all the way to Cape Cod,” said Jeffrey Glassman, himself an avid bicyclist. “The more I learned of Best Buddies and, this unique program, the more we realized it echoes what we do for our clients. We support our clients 100 percent every single day.”
“What our Domestiques do on bikes mirrors what Best Buddies does all around the world to support people living with intellectual and developmental disabilities,” said Anthony Shriver, founder, chairman and CEO of Best Buddies. “With a bit of patience and guidance from an experienced rider, a beginner or novice can do amazing things – like ride 20, 50 or 100mi to Hyannis Port.”
“We pride ourselves on creating the safest charity ride on the planet,” said Richard Fries, who co-founded the program and comes from the world of competitive cycling “And we create a bike ride that makes each rider feel that they are safe, that they belong, and that they matter.”
The program has been touted as a reason that a Best Buddies cycling event, with thousands of participants moves swiftly, smoothly and safely with so few medical transports.
