Join us for “Yoga in the Park” with Best Buddies in Northeast Ohio! Whether you’re new to yoga, or have some experience, our certified yoga instructors will guide you through gentle adaptive yoga poses that cater to all abilities. There will be light refreshments provided after yoga, and a chance to connect with other Best Buddies members. Please bring a yoga mat or towel and wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement.
