Our school chapters have been holding their Match Parties this Fall and it’s been great to join in on the fun. Best Buddies staff and board members have had the opportunity to attend a few match parties this year!

Hartford Union High School shared several great pictures from their match party and from their homecoming week. Here is what was shared by Beth Hermann, the Faculty Advisor from the school:

“We announced 18 buddy matches and an additional 9 “family members” were paired up with a match. 15 of the 18 matches (and some of their family members) were at the party enjoying popcorn, pizza, subs, soda, and cookies. (Pizza donated by employees of our Hartford Dominos and popcorn, soda, and cookies donated by our Piggly Wiggly). We currently have 50 members in our club and more asking about it every day!”
