Each location is supported by an average of five community volunteers supervised by a State Director. A Lead Community Volunteer assists in identifying and coordinating other Community Volunteers and collaborates with the State Director to support the local implementation of the program.<\/p>\n
Volunteers will be assigned roles based on their preferences and strengths.
