This vibrant residential community offers a one-of-a-kind inclusive living experience for adults both with and without disabilities, promoting independence, mutual support, and meaningful relationships.<\/p>\n<p>Situated close to Penn State University, the community features two five-bedroom, three-bathroom apartments. Each of the 10 residents will have their own private bedroom while sharing bathrooms and common living spaces. These shared areas include a fully furnished kitchen and cozy living rooms, all designed to foster connection and collaboration among residents.<\/p>\n<p>The Standard at State College boasts numerous modern amenities that encourage social interaction and personal growth. Residents can enjoy access to a golf simulator, a swimming pool, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a clubhouse, and outdoor courtyards with barbecue facilities.
