This innovative residential community will provide a unique, inclusive living experience for individuals with and without disabilities.<\/p>\n<p>Located at Signature Music Row apartment complex near Vanderbilt University, the Nashville residency offers a welcoming and supportive environment for its residents. The community comprises two spacious three-bedroom, three-bathroom townhomes, with each resident enjoying their own private bedroom and bathroom while sharing a fully equipped kitchen and inviting living spaces. The building features a range of high-end amenities, including a rooftop pool, coffee bar, sky lounge, and gym facility, fostering a sense of community and engagement among its occupants.<\/p>\n<p>The Best Buddies Living program in Nashville has space for six residents, creating a close-knit community that encourages meaningful connections and social engagement. It is a co-living style apartment made up of residents both with and without intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
